Hello in a world filled with noise what everyone seems to be talking and nobody seems to be listening. I want to talk to you about the power of learning to listen effectively. You see listening isn't about hearing words. It's about truly understanding the message behind them is about to not only to what Ben said but also to what's not being said the emotions the attention to set up use that reveals a deeper meaning learning to listen effectively as like unlocking a superpower it allow us to forge deeper connection with others to build trust and Rapport and to navigate the complexities of human interaction with Grace and empathy but effective listening isn't always easy. It requires practice patience and a willingness to set aside our own agendas and he goes in order to truly hear and understand others. It means resisting the urge to interrupt a jump to conclusions. So how do we cultivate this invaluable skill it starts with mindfulness being fully present in the moment and actively engaged in the conversation.
