Which is more important to founders or solopreneurs: confidence or clarity?

growth, positive, empowerment, resilience, beliefs, success, mindfulness, gratitude, self-improvement, reflection, perseverance, adaptability, learning, transformation, personal development

So again, if you're joining a bit late, we're talking about confidence or clarity. I think clarity comes first. So through my experience with startup founders, many of them can't get to their desired outcomes because they don't have clarity to do so. So one of the first questions I ask everybody I work with is, you know, is this a burning desire business? Or are you just, you know, is this just kind of a job? Like you're, you know, you're solving a problem and you want to make a career or a job out of it? Is this a burning desire? And then I ask them, and what are your desired outcomes? And I love that you use that term, Michelle. So desired outcomes are super, super important, right? Because if we don't know where we want to go, right, like if we don't have the clarity of where we want to go, it's hard to put a roadmap in place to get from where we are now to that spot in the future.
