Hello family. So I'm going to cut right through the chase. I am a little behind on posting new episodes and I want to apologize to you guys because some have been waiting and reaching out asking me what's the next episode or when will the next episode be up. The short answer is next week. But the backstory is y'all life is life and right now for me. I have the content in the queue for editing, but a lot has transpired personally over the past few weeks and I just really needed to pause, feel the emotions and do some deep self coaching. As I record this episode, I am in a hotel in Busan, South Korea. I walked the markets. I listened to the sounds of the city life and I just let myself be in the moment. I have time carved out to just sit in my hotel room, read a book and just meditate. I hope to get to the beach, but who knows. I share all of this because sometimes there's business owners, leaders, parents, whatever title you want to add. We don't just take a moment to sit still. Well, in the next few days I am and I'll report back on my experiences in the near future. But for now, just know I didn't forget about you guys and I look forward to sharing the next great episodes with you. Until then, I say this is a great time to visit your favorite episode so far. Thank you for your loyalty and support. Take care and remember, don't just be good, be epic.
