Hello again, family! Today I want to talk about courage and doing the unthinkable, those moments that push us out of our comfort zones and help us to grow both personally and professionally. As leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners, we often get caught up in the daily grind constantly pushing ourselves to achieve more, be more, and do more. But how often do we take a step back and focus on How often do we allow ourselves the time to rejuvenate and reset? I recently decided to practice what I preach. In a few weeks I'll be embarking on a solo journey taking time away from coaching, podcasting, and the everyday hustle. This journey is not about exploring new places but also about exploring my inner self. It's about finding the courage to step away and recharge. Self-care is It's not a luxury, it's a necessity. As business leaders, we need to ensure that our minds and bodies are in peak condition to make sound decisions and lead effectively. This solo trip is my way of practicing self-care by giving myself the space to think, reflect, and simply be. I encourage each of you to think about one thing that you find scary and unthinkable. Maybe it's taking a solo trip like me, launching that new project that you've been dreaming about or even taking a day off to focus on yourself. Whatever it is, take that leap. Courage is not the absence of fear but the decision that something else is more important than fear. By facing our fears and stepping into the unknown, we're not only growing but also inspiring those around us to do the same. So what's the one thing on your list that you've been putting off because it feels daunting? I challenge you to check it off. Take the first step no matter how small.
