Dare to hold onto courage in leadership. Hello, I'm Rob Jelinski. I'm a passionate business leader with over 20 years experience in entrepreneurship. I'm definitely a multi-hyphen creative, so some will know me as a brand designer, others a public speaker and workshop facilitator speaking on branding, marketing, customer journey and experience, and others will know me from my rich background and illustration with works published since 2012. What I think I'm most known for, at least these days, is as the founder of a global award-winning family of brands under the moniker of Rob Jelinski Studios. Over the past 12 years, I've invested my experience and insight back into the entrepreneurial communities as a business coach and mentor for founders, startups, creatives, and it's very missional for me. It's a true calling. But how did I get here, you ask? Well, it comes from my roots. My dad ran a service-based business. He was the original entrepreneur way back in the late 70s, early 80s through the 90s. He ran a service-based company and he taught me about having a quality service, taking care of your customers, nurturing your sales, branding and marketing, and standing out in crowded spaces. My internship at an agency across the Hudson, right outside of New York City, they were designing ads for Casio watches, BMW motorcycle, USA Network in their heyday, and they taught me how to run small teams with maximum impact, keep your overhead low, how to get the high-paying deals with ideal customers, even when you're outnumbered against large agencies. How to do it. Love that place. It taught me so much so quickly. And then the guts to try, my courage and leadership, my choice to pivot when I got laid off from a job, when the doors closed on a job, when a promising opportunity just fell apart. How to let go and let God knock on closed doors until one opens. The one that ended up opening for me was to start and found my own companies. And that's a decision that I'll never regret. Pivoting, courage and leadership, courage in hard times, when there's hard times that courage to rise above it, it really helped me. And it helped me over the years to land interviews with the New York Times, watch my art tour across the US and overseas in Europe, and even build award-winning brands. It's helped me in so many ways, and my clients ask me often, how can I build a successful brand? Well, the short answer is know your audience, build strong, brand for recall, and make that impact. My customers and clients also ask me, how can my company stand out in a crowded market and make our mark? Well, that's a longer answer. Throughout the years I've coached and mentored entrepreneurs to build out new ideas, increase revenue and increase media opportunities to get them seen in Forbes, NBC, CBS. And I can talk about that at any point in time. I love to talk about business and leadership and entrepreneurship and branding and marketing and standing out and even share notes from my journey.
