Hello again, welcome back for your 2 minute talk. Today I want to discuss what an ideal customer avatar is and how it can possibly help your business. A customer avatar is basically you sitting down and drawing out what you see as the ideal client that you are helping. What problem are you solving for this client? What does this client look like? How much do you expect this client to pay for your services? And how much time are you willing to commit to giving this customer the best service possible? Building an avatar isn't something that's difficult, but when you're building that avatar, you do want to put yourself in the mindset of the customer and not your own mindset as the seller. Remember, people are going to purchase or partake in businesses that are solving a problem, so you need to make sure you are clear on what problem you are solving and not only what problem you are solving, but how are you going to market that and how are you going to sell that to somebody. So with that being said, I want to ask you the question, what does your ideal client look like? Take some time and build that out. You can go as far as building it or putting a race, putting the gender, putting a dollar amount on the value of product or service that you're going to sell. All of those are going to help you. And then once you identify that avatar, begin to market and build all of your branding and all of your marketing material to that avatar and put that out on your social media platforms or whatever marketing methods you do. That's your two minute. Until next time, see ya.
